1. Overview

Krativora ("we", "us", "the platform") operates a marketplace where independent merchants list digital assets — website themes, templates, graphics, fonts, plugins, and UI kits — for sale to buyers. By creating an account, making a purchase, or listing a product as a merchant, you agree to these terms.

2. Buyer Terms

• All purchases grant a license to use the item under the terms stated on its product page, not ownership of the underlying work.
• Licenses are generally non-transferable and, where noted, bound to a specific domain or project.
• Digital products are delivered instantly on successful payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except where a listing is materially different from what was described, or where required by law.
• Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading a purchased item as your own (or as a free/paid resource elsewhere) is a violation of your license and may result in it being revoked.

3. Merchant / Seller Terms

• Anyone may apply to become a merchant. Approval is at Krativora's discretion.
• Each merchant is shown their exact commission rate (the percentage Krativora retains per sale) in their Merchant Dashboard before they list anything, and that rate is locked in at the moment of each sale.
• New listings are reviewed before going live. Krativora may reject, suspend, or remove a listing that violates these terms, infringes on intellectual property, or misrepresents what's included.
• Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to sell everything included in a listing (code, graphics, fonts, etc.) and for the accuracy of their product descriptions.
• Payouts are made to a payment method the merchant sets up themselves (cryptocurrency, PayPal, or Payeer, depending on what's currently enabled), once their balance reaches the published minimum payout threshold.
• Krativora reserves the right to withhold or reverse a payout in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.
• Merchant accounts may be suspended for policy violations, repeated buyer complaints, or fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

Buyer payments are processed by Flutterwave and Paystack. Krativora does not store your card details. Merchant payouts are processed manually to the payout method the merchant has configured; processing times vary by method.

5. Prohibited Content

Listings may not contain malicious code, stolen or plagiarized work, content that infringes on third-party rights, or anything illegal. Krativora may remove such listings and suspend the associated account without notice.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Krativora after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
